The University of Queensland is inviting applications for a full-time continuing role at HEW Level 8 within the Case and Appointments Management System project. You will partner with Student Support and Wellbeing Services, engage diverse stakeholders, and guide design, configuration, testing and transition to a new solution that enhances service delivery.

You will lead process improvement, map requirements, support data migration, training, and post-implementation support while driving system

Formación

• Postgraduate qualifications, or progress towards postgraduate qualifications, in business, project management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant workplace experience.
• Experience contributing to projects, business improvement initiatives or organisational change programs within a large and complex organisation.
• Experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, system configuration, user acceptance testing, data migration or business readiness activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear documentation, facilitate workshops and training, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Student Support and Wellbeing Services throughout project planning, market engagement, solution design, configuration and deployment, coordinating stakeholder input and supporting informed decision-making.
• Contribute to process mapping, requirements development and future-state solution design through workshops, interviews, reviews and close collaboration with business analysts and subject matter experts.
• Support data migration, controls, end-to-end testing, business readiness, training, transition, go-live and post-implementation business support activities.
• Drive system adoption, ongoing configuration maintenance and continuous improvement to strengthen operational efficiency, service quality and user experiences.
