Queensland University of Technology is seeking a Consultant, Education and Research System Analyst for the Digital Business Solutions team at Kelvin Grove. The role focuses on operating and improving critical information systems to enhance education and research outcomes.

Hybrid work is available, with an emphasis on collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders. The appointee will support service management practices, document changes, and contribute to improving student experiences

Formación

• Degree or equivalent required with extensive relevant experience.
• Proven analytical, root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Experience supporting IT Service Management and SaaS environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously under general direction.
• Ability to develop and maintain documentation and guidelines.
• Commitment to Indigenous Australian engagement.
