Job summary

Salt is seeking a proactive System Administrator to support the go-live and operational transition of a bespoke enterprise-wide equipment management platform. You will help ensure operational readiness and embed the platform across the university.

The role requires experience with go-live activities, supporting users, and liaising with vendors to maintain ongoing enterprise system performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as System/ Application Administrator or Support Analyst.
• Experience with go-live activities and supporting users.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications through implementation or transformation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage and resolve system issues, escalating to vendors and technical teams where required.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking and issue resolution activities.
• Assist with system configuration, user access management and administration activities.
• Liaise with vendor for support.

• Must have experience with go-live activities and supporting users.
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise applications through implementation, go-live or transformation programs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
