Job summary

Epiroc Australia is seeking an experienced Planner (Service Optimisation - West) based in Perth to own a dynamic scope for Kalgoorlie, Newman & Perth operations. The role centres on planning maintenance schedules, forecasting jobs, and coordinating with suppliers to secure materials.

The successful candidate will join a supportive team with access to subject matter experts, work across multiple sites and travel as required. A national police clearance and pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, supervising and warranty in an OEM environment.
• Proven scheduling, resources planning and project management.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
• Self-starter with high organisational standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; proficient with MS Project and Excel.
• Willingness to travel periodically to support multiple operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and implement maintenance schedules.
• Scope, forecast, plan and track major/minor jobs, including database management.
• Collaborate with component and SX teams on maintenance activities.
• Communicate with suppliers and supply chain for material availability.
• Lead continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives and tasks.
