• Experience in an administration role is required.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close service and warranty jobs.
• Process time sheets and reconciliation.
• Support invoicing and purchase orders and related tasks in E-purchase/E payables systems.
• Coordinate mobilisation activities for multiple client sites.
• Administration of service jobs and related duties.
• General administrative duties as required.
