Job summary

UTS is seeking a Senior School Partnerships Officer to lead domestic outreach efforts and help achieve recruitment targets. You will work with internal teams and external partners to coordinate events and ensure alignment with UTS strategies.

The role requires extensive outreach planning experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage partnerships and budgets while delivering impactful recruitment activities. This is a full-time, fixed-term position based in Sydney, NSW.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience planning and coordinating outreach events in higher education.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a recruitment/outreach context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse clients and students.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on outreach activities and strategies.
• Establish outreach events calendar with stakeholders.
• Manage outreach partnership relationships and contracts.
• Contribute to recruitment events and outreach collateral.
• Manage budget in line with outreach objectives.
• Evaluate events and report insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate recruitment training and supervision of student ambassadors.
