Job summary
University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is seeking a Senior Partnerships professional to identify, attract, scope and secure external partnerships within the Faculty of Science and Faculty of Health. You will work in a hub-and-spoke model to maximise high-quality opportunities and align university value propositions.
The role involves leading engagement plans, mentoring staff, and shaping compelling proposals in collaboration with academic and professional teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, partnerships or stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working in Science or Health fields in research, industry or the public sector.
- Experience working with academic and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience securing and managing partnerships.
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of faculty-level engagement plans and strategies.
- Progress partnership opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
- Shape proposals and agreements with academic and professional staff.
- Utilise hub-and-spoke structure to maximise opportunities and align value propositions.
- Mentor team members and provide guidance to faculty leadership and researchers.
- Support and advise on partnership strategy across faculties.
