Job summary

u&u Recruitment Partners is seeking a confident Sales & Service Coordinator to support a busy Business Development team in Brisbane. The role combines customer engagement, tender coordination, sales support and project administration to keep commercial activities and orders moving smoothly.

You'll build strong relationships across customers, suppliers and internal teams, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to process improvements with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Coordinator, Commercial Coordinator, Executive Assistant or similar business support role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience preparing quotations, tenders or other commercial documentation.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills and experience using CRM systems.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to learn.
• The ability to coordinate projects, follow through on actions and deliver results.
• A collaborative, positive and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders, quotations, tenders and commercial documentation;
• Support the preparation of tender submissions and business proposals;
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders;
• Coordinate meetings, track actions and ensure timely follow-up;
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline information and reporting;
• Assist with project coordination and business improvement initiatives;
• Support customer engagement activities, business events and team initiatives; and
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve ways of working.
