u&u Recruitment Partners is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Morningside QLD. This hands-on role focuses on keeping activities organised, managing competing priorities and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You’ll support the Group Manager and the Marketing, Communications & Events team with coordination across calendars, documents, presentations and suppliers. You don’t need prior Marketing/Events experience; you’ll need to be highly organised, tech-savvy and able to manage

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Executive Support, Senior Administration or Project Coordination.
• Experience supporting a busy team or senior leader across competing priorities.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High standard of written work and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level coordination and administrative support across workflows, calendars, requests, documents and presentations.
• Coordinate projects, events, meetings, suppliers and multiple stakeholders.
• Support the Marketing team with systems, templates and brand-consistent documents.
