Job summary

Beaumonts in Brisbane seeks a Sales Support Coordinator to back our sales team with quotes, pricing, lead qualification and customer service excellence.

You will partner with Business Development and Account Management to coordinate projects from lead generation through to sampling, stock checks and large commercial bids, ensuring timely, accurate information and a smooth sales process.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a busy sales team with multiple priorities.
• Ability to prepare quotes and assist pricing for projects.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales leads before handing them to BDMs.
• Support commercial and townhouse projects, including scheduling and date management.
• Prepare quotes, review specifications and coordinate project sampling.
• Assist BDMs and Account Managers with pricing, measures and smaller project quotes.
• Manage sales opportunities and information through Pipedrive.
• Coordinate stock checks, purchase orders, product availability and shortages.
• Support Large Order Form (LOF) and order management processes.
• Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues quickly.
• Assist with sales reporting, account setup and general sales administration.
• Help improve processes and maintain a high level of customer service.
