Job summary

Purolite seeks a commercially minded Sales Manager to lead our Australia and New Zealand business. You will own the ANZ sales strategy, drive growth and profitability, and manage a high-performing team across Australia and New Zealand.

This role requires deep ion exchange and purification expertise, a proven record in strategic account development, and the ability to translate market opportunities into actionable plans. Travel up to 60% across ANZ.

Qualifications

• Experience within the ion exchange, water treatment, purification, or related industries
• Demonstrated success in business development, account growth and strategic sales leadership
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market trends into prioritized commercial actions

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of the ANZ sales strategy and deliver annual sales, growth and profitability objectives
• Develop territory and account strategies that balance growth of the existing business with targeted new-business development
• Build growth plans around established and emerging purification applications, translating technical capability into differentiated customer value
• Lead pricing and value-based selling strategies that support long-term profitability
• Identify untapped opportunities within existing customers and re-engage underdeveloped accounts
• Build commercial relationships across the broader Ecolab ANZ organization to identify and pursue joint customer opportunities
• Represent Ecolab at industry events, conferences and customer engagements
• Lead, coach and develop the team to deliver current performance while building capability for future growth
