Qualifications

• Experience within ion exchange, water treatment or purification industries.
• Proven success in business development and strategic sales leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Execute ANZ sales strategy and achieve annual sales, growth and profitability targets.
• Develop territory and account strategies for existing and new business.
• Lead pricing and value-based selling for long-term profitability.
• Build commercial relationships across the broader Ecolab ANZ organization to identify and pursue joint opportunities.
• Represent Ecolab at industry events, conferences and customer engagements.
• Lead, coach and develop the team to deliver current performance and build capability for future growth.
