Purolite is seeking a commercially minded Sales Manager to lead our Australia and New Zealand business. Qualifications

• Experience within ion exchange, water treatment, purification, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in business development, account growth and strategic sales leadership.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market trends into prioritized commercial actions.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or related field.
• Strong commercial acumen, including pricing and profitability management.
• Flexibility to travel up to 60% across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of the ANZ sales strategy and deliver annual sales, growth and profitability objectives.
• Develop territory and account strategies that balance growth of the existing business with targeted new-business development.
• Build growth plans around established and emerging purification applications, translating technical capability into differentiated customer value.
• Lead pricing and value-based selling strategies that support long-term profitability.
• Identify untapped opportunities within existing customers and re-engage underdeveloped accounts.
• Build commercial relationships across the broader Ecolab ANZ organization to identify and pursue joint customer opportunities.
• Represent Ecolab at industry events, conferences and customer engagements.
• Lead, coach and develop the team to deliver current performance while building capability for future growth.
