Job summary

Purolite is seeking a commercially minded Sales Manager to lead our Australia and New Zealand business. You’ll combine strategic leadership, business development and people management with technical excellence in ion exchange and purification solutions.

You will own the ANZ sales strategy, develop territory plans, manage pricing for profitability and build lasting customer partnerships with industry leaders, travel up to 60% across AU and NZ.

Qualifications

• Experience in ion exchange, water treatment, purification or related industries.
• Proven success in business development and strategic sales leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen with pricing and profitability management.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of the ANZ sales strategy and deliver annual sales, growth and profitability objectives.
• Develop territory and account strategies that balance growth of the existing business with targeted new-business development.
• Build growth plans around established and emerging purification applications, translating technical capability into differentiated customer value.
• Lead pricing and value-based selling strategies that support long-term profitability.
• Identify untapped opportunities within existing customers and re-engage underdeveloped accounts.
• Build commercial relationships across the broader Ecolab ANZ organization to identify and pursue joint customer opportunities.
• Represent Ecolab at industry events, conferences and customer engagements.
• Lead, coach and develop the team to deliver current performance while building capability for future growth.
