• Supporting and coordinating warehouse operations and assisting with day-to-day staff management/workflow coordination when required.
• Resolving customer enquiries and operational issues in a prompt, professional manner.
• Working closely with executive management to implement overarching business growth strategies.
• Maintaining highly accurate, up-to-date customer files and sales pipeline records.
