The position requires a hands-on leader who mentors a team of Business Development Specialists, Technical Sales Consultants, and Internal Sales professionals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading B2B sales teams in industrial products or engineered solutions.
• Hands-on, authentic leadership style with the ability to coach and hold people accountable.
• Strong commercial acumen including pricing, margins, forecasting, and strategic account development.
