Job summary

Clorox is seeking a Sales & Operations Planning Manager to lead the ANZA regional S&OP and connect commercial priorities with demand, supply and inventory plans across Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Leader ANZA & External Manufacturing AMEA, you’ll lead four planning professionals and partner with commercial, finance and operations teams to drive decisions across a complex, multi-market supply network.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning or S&OP, preferably in FMCG or a complex manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading an end-to-end planning function and managing an S&OP or integrated planning process.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions, markets and international teams.
• APICS or other recognised planning or supply chain certification is highly regarded.
• Postgraduate qualification in supply chain is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional S&OP process, aligning commercial, financial and operational plans.
• Improve forecast accuracy, service levels and inventory performance.
• Navigate demand volatility and supply constraints through scenario planning.
• Coach and develop the planning team.
