Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking an experienced ANZ Demand Planner - Commercial to drive demand forecast and planning across Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Supply Chain to translate data and market intelligence into actionable demand plans that support service levels and inventory optimization.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Statistics or related discipline.
5+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning or Commercial Planning.
Strong experience in S&OP or IBP environments.
Experience partnering with Sales, Portfolio and Finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain short, medium and long-term demand forecasts across assigned product categories and customer segments.
Analyse historical sales trends, promotional activity and market intelligence to generate forecasts.
Identify forecast risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies.
Lead the monthly Demand Review as part of the ANZ S&OP cycle.
