Job summary

Ecolab in Australia & New Zealand seeks an experienced ANZ Planning Manager to lead our planning function across Australia and New Zealand, with responsibility for demand, supply and production planning, inventory strategy and Sales & Operations Planning across a complex manufacturing and distribution network.

This is a strategic leadership role to shape how planning supports the business, influence senior decision-making and drive meaningful transformation across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience leading demand, supply and production planning in manufacturing.
• Experience managing planning teams across multiple sites or regions.
• Strong S&OP knowledge with track record of process improvements.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Data-driven decision making with insights.
• Continuous improvement mindset and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning across demand, supply and production.
• Own and enhance the ANZ S&OP process for better alignment.
• Drive inventory optimisation and supply continuity.
• Lead planning capability, process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, procurement, customer operations, sales and finance.
• Support proactive management of supply risks, capacity planning and business continuity.
• Build a collaborative, high-performing planning team across sites.
