Ecolab seeks an experienced ANZ Planning Manager to lead the planning function across Australia and New Zealand. This pivotal role oversees demand, supply, production planning, inventory strategy and S&OP across a complex manufacturing and distribution network.

The role partners with senior leaders to connect commercial, operations and supply chain priorities, drive transformation, and deliver improvements in customer service, manufacturing performance and business outcomes.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced ANZ Planning Manager to lead our planning function across Australia and New Zealand. This is a critical leadership role with responsibility for demand planning, supply planning, production planning, inventory strategy and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) across a complex manufacturing and distribution network.

This is an opportunity to shape how planning supports the business, influence senior decision-making, and drive meaningful transformation across the supply chain.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you'll lead a team of planning leaders located across multiple manufacturing sites and play a central role in connecting commercial, operations and supply chain priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end planning activities across demand, supply and production planning
• Owning and enhancing the ANZ S&OP process to improve business alignment and decision making
• Driving inventory optimisation and supply continuity strategies
• Leading planning capability, process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, procurement, customer operations, sales and finance
• Supporting proactive management of supply risks, capacity planning and business continuity
• Building a collaborative, high-performing planning team that can successfully navigate a dynamic business environment
