L’Oréal Australia and New Zealand seeks a Supply Planning Manager to lead the Supply Planning team within the Operations group, reporting to the CPD Supply Chain Director. This role focuses on delivering service levels, inventory health, and end-to-end supply chain excellence for Australia and New Zealand.

You will drive S&OP and IBP processes, collaborate with global suppliers and factories, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize stock, forecast accuracy, and cost efficiency,

Qualifications

• In-depth experience in supply planning or a similar role within FMCG, Beauty, or Retail.
• Expert knowledge of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and IBP (Integrated Business Planning).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable supply strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Supply Planning team to achieve operational excellence.
• Drive the Supply Planning process for the division aligning with global standards and local needs to meet service levels.
• Contribute to monthly S&OP cycles with accurate supply visibility and mitigations.
• Optimize inventory health balancing service levels, stock cover and costs; reduce E&O inventory.
• Manage relationships with international factories and global supply chain teams for inbound flows.
