Sealed Air is seeking a Demand Planner for ANZ to develop and maintain the demand forecast across Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to support service levels, inventory optimization and growth, while leading the S&OP process with cross-functional teams.

The role leverages data analytics and market insights to improve forecast accuracy, align commercial plans with operations, and drive continuous improvement in planning methodologies.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Statistics or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning or Commercial Planning.
• Experience operating within an S&OP or IBP environment.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Portfolio and Finance stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain short, medium and long-term demand forecasts across assigned product categories and customer segments.
• Analyse historical sales trends, promotions, customer demand patterns and market intelligence to generate accurate forecasts.
• Lead the monthly Demand Review process as part of the S&OP cycle.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer initiatives and market developments.
• Develop demand planning dashboards and KPI reporting.
