Job summary

Clorox is seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Planning Manager to lead end-to-end S&OP and Forecast-to-Stock for ANZA, spanning Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. You will translate commercial priorities into integrated demand, supply and inventory plans to support growth and service.

As the planning leader, you will drive execution, manage four planning professionals, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and Logistics, and continuously improve planning

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or S&OP in FMCG or complex manufacturing.
• Experience leading end-to-end planning and managing an S&OP process.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions, markets and international teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field; postgraduate or APICS desirable.
• APICS or other recognised planning certification is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional S&OP process across Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
• Improve forecast accuracy, service levels and inventory performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and Logistics.
• Coach and develop the planning team and drive improvements in planning tools and processes.
• Ensure risks and opportunities are identified early through scenario planning.
