Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia in Baulkham Hills NSW is seeking a Senior Program Resource Manager to lead the program resource management function for Core Modernisation. You will own strategic workforce planning, governance and capacity decisions across multiple streams.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, PMO, CoreMod, you will forecast demand, align with budgets, develop workforce transition plans and collaborate with People teams, suppliers and BAU leaders to optimise delivery and capability for

Qualifications

Strategic workforce planning and resource management in large-scale programs or transformations.
People leadership and team coaching in a resource management function.
Executive stakeholder engagement and ability to influence decisions.
Strong understanding of workforce governance and lifecycle management.
Commercial and financial acumen supported by analytics and scenario planning.

Responsibilities

Lead the program resource management function and set the program-wide workforce strategy.
Establish and own workforce governance frameworks and decision disciplines.
Own forward-looking workforce forecasts and integrated workforce view for demand and capacity.
Shape demand/capacity planning and align with budget and priorities.
Partner with workstream leads, People teams, suppliers and BAU leaders to resolve constraints.
Set the workforce transition and demobilisation strategy aligned to milestones.
