Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a Business Relationship Manager for Mission Software Solutions in Canberra. You will act as the strategic bridge between a highly technical GEOINT delivery team and senior AGO customers, ensuring outcomes align with priorities and user needs.

Based in Canberra, the BRM role embeds with customers, shapes demand, and drives programme maturity, organisational change management and continuous improvement to enable successful transformation across AGO and Defence.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management, contract governance, or ICT service delivery roles.
• Experience leading or supporting Organisational Change Management initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of ICT service environments, ITIL, and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across large stakeholder groups.
• Experience with large-scale or mission-critical systems, including Geospatial Intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between service delivery teams and business divisions, ensuring alignment and strong relationships.
• Provide strategic advice on contract delivery, service expectations and business priorities to senior stakeholders.
• Support contract governance, including interpretation, variations, reporting and governance secretariat functions.
• Monitor service performance, manage escalations, and ensure issues are addressed within governance frameworks.
• Partner with Service Delivery Managers to align services with business needs and drive improvements.
• Build strategic partnerships with leaders, monitor customer satisfaction, and inform future service strategies.
