Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking experienced Technical and Engineering Leaders to support Defence & Intelligence programs across Australia, with opportunities in Melbourne and Canberra. You will shape technical strategy and deliver mission-critical capabilities in secure environments.

Lead diverse teams, mentor engineers and architects, and collaborate with Defence customers to translate challenges into scalable, sustainable solutions while advancing national security objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, delivery and sustainment of Defence & Intelligence systems across software, cloud and cyber domains.
• Build and mentor multidisciplinary teams across engineering, infrastructure, cloud, testing, automation and data.
• Collaborate with Defence customers, program leaders and technical specialists to translate operational challenges into secure, scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to shape capability roadmaps and long-term customer outcomes.
