Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a Business Relationship Manager for the Mission Software Solutions team in Canberra. You will bridge GEOINT delivery and senior AGO customers, ensuring alignment of capability, services and sustainment with priorities and user needs.

The role embeds with customer environments, builds trusted relationships, and drives demand shaping, ensuring a positive end-to-end experience and ongoing improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management and ICT service delivery.
• Knowledge of contract governance and executives/leadership engagement.
• Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between service delivery teams and business divisions, ensuring clear communication and trusted relationships.
• Provide strategic advice on contract delivery, service expectations and business priorities to senior stakeholders.
• Support contract governance, including interpretation, variations and governance committee secretariat functions.
• Monitor service performance, manage escalations and address issues within governance frameworks.
• Partner with Service Delivery Managers to align services with business needs and drive improvements.
• Build strategic partnerships with business leaders and inform future service strategies.
