Job summary

Westpac in Perth is seeking an Associate Director, Relationship Manager for Mining & Metals to manage and grow a portfolio of mining and mining services clients across gold, rare earths, lithium and base metals.

You'll be a trusted adviser, understanding client strategy and market dynamics to deliver tailored banking solutions, building relationships with CEOs, CFOs and treasury teams, collaborating with lending, debt products, financial markets, sustainability and risk specialists to support

Qualifications

Experience managing a portfolio of customers within mining or related sectors.
Strong understanding of commodity markets (gold, rare earths, lithium, base metals).
Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, treasurers).
Sound commercial acumen with ability to assess opportunities and manage risk.
Knowledge of corporate banking products and lending structures for large businesses.
Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
