RSGx is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Manager to lead the IR function across Australia. Reporting to the National Manager – HR, this role provides strategic industrial relations leadership, supports business performance and ensures compliance across a diverse national workforce.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a senior Industrial Relations or Employee Relations leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian industrial relations legislation and Fair Work frameworks.
• Proven enterprise bargaining and union negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead RSGx’s national industrial relations strategy and framework.
• Provide expert advice to leaders on industrial and employee relations matters.
• Lead enterprise bargaining negotiations and management of Enterprise Agreements.
• Manage union relationships and industrial disputes.
• Represent the business in Fair Work Commission and industrial proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with workplace legislation, awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Support organisational change, workforce restructuring and business initiatives.
• Monitor industrial relations trends, risks and legislative changes.
• Develop leadership capability through IR and ER training and coaching.
