Job summary

Axon is seeking an Account Executive in Australia to sell to large, complex Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies. You will own a significant portion of the territory, drive 7- to 8-digit opportunities, and build executive relationships to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in SaaS/cloud software sales.
• Ability to manage senior-level relationships.
• Experience selling to law enforcement/public safety is a plus.
• Strong communication and presenting complex solutions.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute account strategy with the account team.
• Cultivate customer relationships and ensure service delivery.
• Forecast and update management on accounts; track activity.
• Provide customer product training as necessary.
• Own account relationships and overall customer satisfaction.
• Oversee all account activities.
