Job summary

Axon is seeking an Account Executive to sell Axon products and services to large and complex Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies in Australia. This quota‑carrying, external field role requires articulating complex solutions and building senior‑level relationships.

You will manage a significant portion of customers in Australia, drive seven‑ and eight‑digit opportunities, and travel up to 70% to advance account strategy with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Software Sales (SaaS/Cloud).
• Articulate complex solutions and build senior-level relationships.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve Axon’s strategic objectives
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth
• Develop and execute account strategy with the account team to deliver stronger value propositions
• Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery to accounts
• Forecast and track customer activity in internal systems and gather competitor intelligence
• Provide customer product training as necessary
