Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, IT, Information Systems, or technical engineering.
• Proven leadership experience guiding and developing teams.
• Experience in Digital Video, Mobile Communications, or SaaS.
• Strong project management and resource tracking skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% within Australia; occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Service Delivery Team; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage team resources to meet project demands.
• Oversee complex, enterprise-grade product deployments.
• Define vision, scope, and delivery timelines with stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions are installed, configured, and tested.
• Document customer feature requests and feedback to product teams.
