Job summary

10 Paramount Australia & New Zealand is seeking a seasoned Creative Strategy Lead to shape cross-platform partnership proposals and build a robust pipeline with Sydney’s sales team. You will spot revenue opportunities, grow agency and client relationships, and synthesize insight, creative and commercial thinking into stand-out pitches.

The role requires a track record in media sales or partnerships, strong strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to drive results across agencies

Qualifications

• 7+ years in media sales or partnerships.
• Ability to turn data/audience insight into opportunities.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own proposal development end-to-end — from brief to final delivery.
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities by understanding client challenges.
• Build and maintain growth pipelines across agencies, categories and clients.
• Shape the strategic narrative behind each pitch and connect Paramount's ecosystem to client needs.
• Present proposals and partnership strategies directly to clients with the sales team.
