Job summary

Hrishi Digital Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Australia to lead high-value, complex business systems projects from design through delivery and implementation. You will coordinate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate requirements into outcomes.

You will provide governance, strategic planning and risk management across the project lifecycle, while guiding change initiatives and ensuring regulatory alignment in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in named project management roles.
• High level leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong PM skills and experience in project management methodologies, with emphasis on planning and control.
• Proven leadership in governance and probity, strategic planning, and resolving complex risks.
• Excellent liaison and negotiation across functions to achieve quality outcomes.
• Ability to support change management to integrate new ICT capabilities with transformation needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio and standard office tools; capable with JIRA and SharePoint.
• Experience identifying and analysing complex legislative or regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-value, complex business systems projects, ensuring successful solution design, delivery and implementation
• Consult and coordinate with all stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate business requirements and priorities into agreed outcomes
• Provide leadership in governance and probity, strategic and business planning, and resolution of complex risks and issues
• Maintain strong project planning and control, including risk and issue management throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaise and negotiate with people across business areas, functions and the organisation with a focus on achieving high quality outcomes
• Support change management to integrate new ICT capabilities with organisational transformation needs
• Identify and analyse complex legislative or regulatory requirements applicable to the relevant industry and work environment
