Qualifications

• 8+ years project management experience delivering complex projects.
• Experience in IT applications, infrastructure, business change or development projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and reporting.
• Ability to translate requirements from SMEs into practical delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from scoping to handover.
• Experience managing scope, dependencies and contractors on medium- to large-scale projects.
• Experience aligning interdependent workstreams and resources.
• Leadership, resource planning and accountability for delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation and problem-solving.
• Understanding of project governance, change control and business readiness.
• Delivery on time and within budget; PMP or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across IT applications, infrastructure and business change.
• Develop integrated project plans covering requirements, resources, milestones, dependencies, implementation and business readiness.
• Manage scope, deliverables, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project completion.
• Work with sponsors, business stakeholders, technical specialists and delivery partners to agree requirements and priorities.
• Align workstreams and manage dependencies across teams, suppliers and business functions.
• Provide regular stakeholder updates on progress, milestones, dependencies and key decisions.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, with clear owners and mitigation plans.
• Resolve delivery blockers, elevate decisions promptly and develop contingency plans to protect project outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating internal resources, external specialists and vendors.
• Establish clear responsibilities, resource plans and delivery expectations with team members and partners.
• Promote a collaborative, accountable culture focused on problem-solving, delivery and continuous improvement.
• Oversee implementation of systems, infrastructure or business improvements in partnership with relevant specialists.
• Coordinate rollout plans, stakeholder communications, training and readiness activities to support adoption and minimise business disruption.
• Manage project budgets, procurement and vendor costs across assigned projects.
• Provide financial forecasts, monitor expenditure and address budget variances through disciplined change control.
• Agree deliverables, quality standards and acceptance criteria with business owners and relevant specialists.
• Coordinate testing, validation and performance reviews against agreed requirements and success measures.
• Coordinate relevant approvals, assurance activities and compliance requirements with qualified specialists.
• Follow Strata Results' delivery and governance methodologies.
• Oversee handover to business-as-usual teams, resolve post-implementation issues and track agreed outcomes and benefits.
• Ensure documentation, training and support arrangements are in place to sustain outcomes and capture lessons learned.
