Job summary

The Recruitment Hive Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking multiple Senior Project Managers to lead ICT transformation initiatives—covering Web, MS Power Platform or Data & Analytics—with baseline security clearance.

You will drive complex ICT projects using MSP, PRINCE2 and Agile, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure governance and delivery milestones are met. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver large ICT projects in Web development, MS Power Platform or Data & Analytics.
• Clear, concise communication with the ability to influence senior executives and governance bodies.
• Understanding of technology and data projects, modeling and mentoring best-practice project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex ICT projects using MSP, PRINCE2 and Agile.
• Coordinate technical and business resources to meet milestones.
• Monitor delivery across all project phases ensuring quality and governance.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement across the agency.
• Prepare project documentation, business cases and investment proposals.
