Job summary

Aspirante seeks an experienced Senior ICT Project Manager, Digital Delivery Lead or MSI professional to steer complex hospital infrastructure and digital health initiatives across Queensland. You will coordinate digital work packages, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery through delivery, commissioning and go-live phases.

Hybrid work arrangements with occasional attendance at Brisbane offices and project sites, and a focus on governance, risk, and reporting across major capital programs.

Qualifications

• Extensive ICT project or program management experience.
• Deep knowledge of digital health technologies and healthcare ICT environments.
• Experience delivering large hospital construction or capital infrastructure projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and complex work packages.
• Experience managing integration risks, issues and reporting.
• Experience supporting ICT commissioning and operational readiness.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance skills.
• Ability to work independently within program frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the specification and coordination of digital work packages across hospital infrastructure projects.
• Define scope, deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Oversee work package delivery, tracking progress against milestones and requirements.
• Coordinate integration activities across digital infrastructure, clinical applications, ICT systems and construction teams.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and delivery constraints.
• Monitor technical testing, system integration and commissioning readiness.
• Coordinate digital commissioning and go-live readiness activities with assurance checks.
• Prepare project status reports and governance updates.
• Work autonomously within established program processes, templates and reporting frameworks.
• Support digital program leadership and stakeholders to achieve milestones.
