Job summary

Outcomex is seeking an accomplished ICT Project Manager in Australia to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, mission-critical ICT infrastructure and integrations. You will manage builders, trade partners and multidisciplinary teams while reporting to the PMO Manager to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

The role requires deep governance, budgeting, risk management, and robust communication with executive sponsors. Hybrid work model with 50% in-office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Senior ICT Project Management role in a Professional Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ICT infrastructure projects.
• Manage builders and trade partners across design, construct and integration activities.
• Engage with executive management, sponsors and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, risks and governance documentation.
• Maintain scope, change, quality and resource allocation controls.
• Conduct workshops and project briefings to align all delivery partners.
