Capstone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive major residential apartment projects in Sydney. You will own end-to-end delivery from strategy through to completion, coordinating with senior leadership on high-profile initiatives with strong social and economic impact.

Qualificações

Proven track record delivering major property, housing, urban renewal or infrastructure projects of significant scale.
Strong strategic, commercial and technical leadership across the project lifecycle.
Experience managing complex stakeholder environments, including mixed-tenure or affordable housing.
Ability to identify development risks and keep delivery on schedule.

Responsabilidades

Shape and deliver the project strategy for large-scale housing projects.
Manage delivery across due diligence, funding, planning, procurement and completion.
Develop transaction strategy and delivery model; resolve complex commercial issues.
Prepare and manage budgets and advise on development feasibility.
Run due diligence and risk assessments with mitigation strategies.
Manage relationships with councils, consultants, contractors, tenants and the community.
Report to executive and governance forums ensuring probity, procurement and WHS compliance.
