Job summary

Landmark Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Construction team in Sydney. You will lead the delivery of large-scale residential and Class 2 projects, ensuring programme, budget, quality, safety and commercial objectives are achieved.

You will manage construction programmes, budgets, procurement schedules and key milestones, while coordinating project teams, consultants and subcontractors. Strong leadership, WHS and contract management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience, including high-rise residential projects.
• Degree qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, programming, procurement, contracts and project delivery.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale residential and Class 2 projects, ensuring programme, budget, quality, safety and commercial objectives.
• Develop and monitor construction programmes, budgets, cost projections, procurement schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate project and site teams, consultants, subcontractors and internal resources.
• Manage subcontractor packages, scopes, procurement, variations, claims and contractual matters.
• Collaborate with Design and Development teams to resolve design, documentation and buildability issues.
• Monitor project costs and manage variations, extensions of time, progress claims and payment schedules.
• Maintain standards across quality, WHS, compliance and project documentation.
• Lead meetings, manage project risks and resolve construction and contractual issues.
