Job summary

TalentWeb | B Corp in Sydney seeks an experienced Project Director to lead major residential developments on the client-side. You will oversee design, procurement and delivery across high-value schemes, with project values in the $150m–$300m range and beyond.

You will report to the Directors, manage senior stakeholders across developers, consultants and contractors, and drive opportunities to grow the business while mentoring project teams and ensuring exceptional delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience at Project Director level in client-side PM or development consultancy.
• Proven delivery of large residential developments (Class 2/3), with project values exceeding $70m.
• Strong contract negotiation, administration and superintendent experience.
• Established professional network across Sydney property and construction sectors.
• Track record of developing client relationships, securing repeat business and contributing to work winning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major residential and mixed-use developments.
• Oversee contracts, procurement and negotiations as Project Director.
• Manage senior stakeholders across developers, consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Drive new business opportunities leveraging industry relationships.
• Provide commercial oversight of budgets, risk, program and contractual outcomes.
• Mentor and develop project teams and leadership within the business.
