Job summary

Queensland Trucking Association Ltd is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support workforce development, training and industry skills initiatives across Queensland. The role requires proactive coordination of schedules, records and partner engagement to deliver practical projects that strengthen the road freight industry's workforce.

You will work across multiple initiatives and ensure documentation and compliance are maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects or administration in a small to medium business environment.
• Proven ability to keep records accurate and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules and action registers.
• Organise meetings, workshops and events with employers, providers and participants.
• Monitor milestones, deadlines and commitments, escalating delays as needed.
• Maintain project records, evidence for reporting and acquittals, and supporting documentation.
• Engage with employers and partners to understand needs and provide practical support.
• Support reporting, compliance and expenditure tracking for projects.
