Job summary

The National Library of Australia is seeking a role to coordinate business planning and reporting activities, oversee partner usage reporting, and maintain the Trove Dashboard, while managing requests for system enhancements and improvements.

You will coordinate support and incident management using Jira, work with stakeholders across the branch to ensure priorities are delivered, and support users of the Trove Dashboard and related systems.

• Experience coordinating business planning and reporting.
• Familiarity with Jira for incident management.
