Job summary

ACT Government is seeking an EL1 Program Reporting Specialist for a long-term contract in Canberra. The role supports a major transformation program with hybrid arrangements.

You will deliver integrated reporting, dashboards and governance materials, working with PMO leadership and delivery teams to provide clear performance visibility. This is a Canberra-based, full-time contract through to 30 June 2027 with possible extensions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program reporting or PMO within large government programs.
• Experience with executive dashboards and governance reporting.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, DevOps and MS Office skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated program reporting frameworks and standards.
• Produce executive dashboards, performance reports and scorecards.
• Coordinate reporting inputs across multiple program workstreams.
• Monitor milestones, schedules, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Analyse complex delivery information and identify trends.
• Prepare executive briefings and governance reporting.
• Support senior governance forums and program reviews.
• Improve reporting processes, automation and data visualisation.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across business, program and delivery teams.
