Are you a people-focused leader who enjoys working across business operations, reporting, stakeholder engagement and technology-enabled services?

We're looking for an Assistant Director, Business System Management and Reporting to lead a small team supporting Trove and several key business systems.

In this role, you'll coordinate business planning and reporting activities, oversee partner usage reporting, maintain the Trove Dashboard, and manage requests for system enhancements and improvements. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the branch to ensure priorities are well managed and delivered in a timely manner, helping to deliver reliable services and high-quality outcomes.

A key part of the role is managing relationships with technology vendors and service providers. As the primary contact for key contracts, you'll work with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve issues, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure services continue to meet business needs.

You will be a strong communicator who provides leadership and support to your team through coaching, performance management, professional development and change leadership. Building strong relationships, fostering collaboration and creating a positive team culture will be central to your success.

This is a diverse and rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, improving services, solving problems and delivering practical business outcomes.
