Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading complex strategic programs, projects or change initiatives in a government, emergency services or similarly complex environment
• Sound knowledge and experience in strategic planning, capability development, business improvement and organisational change methodologies
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience and understanding of the NSW regulatory framework and leading change initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and management of complex strategic capability programs and initiatives that support the delivery of FRNSW operational and organisational priorities. The role provides leadership, governance, coordination and oversight across multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring benefits are realised, risks are managed and outcomes support the achievement of FRNSW strategic objectives.
