Qualifications

• Significant experience as Program Director or senior program leader.
• Proven governance, risk management and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to influence across organisations and functions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at C-suite level.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end delivery lifecycle and dependencies.
• Solid commercial awareness including program financials and risks.
• Willingness to travel for onsite client engagement and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight aligned to objectives and contracts.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery across product, BA, Dev, QA, and support.
• Maintain dialogue with senior client executives and sponsors.
• Lead and govern multiple interdependent workstreams with clear priorities.
• Define delivery and governance strategy with accountability structures.
• Escalate critical risks and drive timely resolution across boundaries.
• Oversee delivery teams to ensure consistent execution standards.
• Maintain milestones, financials, risks and reporting with transparency.
• Take overall responsibility for program outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Establish governance best practices tailored to program complexity.
