Job summary

Keegan Adams Recruitment is seeking a senior finance leader in Australia to take ownership of capital management, forecasting, portfolio analysis and financial risk. You will work closely with the CFO and Investment team to provide commercial insight for investment decisions.

You will gain broad exposure across debt, equity and hybrid investments with genuine scope to evolve the finance function, systems and reporting. Flexible location across Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra or Perth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years Commercial Finance experience across corporate finance, treasury, capital management, investment management, private equity or related areas
• Strong exposure to capital, treasury or portfolio finance
• Advanced modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis capability
• Strong commercial judgement and senior stakeholder capability
• A track record of improving finance processes, systems or reporting
• CA qualification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead capital management, financial planning and portfolio forecasting
• Analyse portfolio returns, cash flows, liquidity and capital deployment
• Lead scenario analysis and stress testing
• Manage financial risk across interest rates, FX and investments
• Partner with Investment teams on structures, assumptions and performance
• Support complex investment accounting across debt, equity and hybrid assets
• Improve finance systems, reporting, data and analytics
• Provide commercial insight to senior leadership and key committees
