This hybrid role combines strategic governance, cross-functional leadership, and deep investment banking expertise to drive alignment with client objectives and contractual commitments.

The position requires 6+ years in investment banking, 5+ years in capital markets, and extensive experience with agile execution and financial software implementations.

• Solid commercial awareness, including program financials, contractual commitments, and delivery risks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic oversight and guidance to Project Managers and delivery leads.
• Monitor program milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, and overall performance.
• Ensure transparent executive reporting, delivery accountability, and client satisfaction.
• Drive collaboration across software providers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and implementation teams.

We're Hiring: Program Director – Capital Markets

Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, Tuesday & Thursday)
Contract: 6 months,renewal
Engagement: Subcontract & Salary: Open to discussion

We are currently partnering with a leading global technology organization to identify an experienced Program Director for a strategic Asset Finance product delivery program within the Capital Markets domain.

This is a senior leadership opportunity requiring a strong combination of program governance, investment banking knowledge, financial software implementation experience, and technical expertise.

You will work closely with senior client executives, global delivery teams, and technology stakeholders to drive strategic alignment, oversee complex workstreams, and ensure successful program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs within Financial Technology (FinTech) or Capital Markets.
• Previous experience working with Tier-1 banking clients.
• Knowledge of lending platforms, asset finance, or loan servicing transformations.
• Relevant Project Management certifications.
