Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Accounting or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of one year of full-time relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier relationships, sourcing strategies and commercial negotiations.
• Manage purchasing activities with local and international suppliers to ensure timely supply of meat and food products.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, rebates, payment terms and freight costs to achieve better outcomes.
• Coordinate international imports, freight forwarders and logistics providers for timely delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, lead times and compliance.
